IS INSIDE OUT FOR YOU?

Personal growth is a process . . . What can you do? Well, why not ask yourself a few more questions.

bullet

Do you like where you are and what you have become?

bullet

Have you ever wished that your life was different?

bullet

Can your relationships improve?

bullet

Are you producing the results that you want?

bullet

Why do you do what you do?

bullet

What triggers you to produce your current behaviors?

When you begin to ask yourself these kind of questions you will look for what works. And your journey to self-improvement will begin. Personal development requires personal change and it starts from the Inside Out.

The better you understand yourself the better you understand others. And the more your relationships will flourish.

You have to have a self improvement plan for your personal development and growth. And then take consistent and continuous actions. You will do better if you work on yourself instead of worrying about your conditions. If you work on yourself, your life will change.

As a part of Inside Out you have the choice to grow, learn, become the person you aspire and master your life through the power of the Holy Spirit. You can choose to stagnate, to hesitate, and remain fearful and doubtful and live in mediocrity. You are responsible for your frustrations, indecisions and lack of progress. It is your choice.

When you know in which direction you want to go and the lifestyle you want to have you will manage yourself. And you will change.

When you change You Grow Girl!

"The glory of the new covenant is a transformation from the Inside Out. This glory shines through the true recovery in the power of the Holy Spirit. The further we progress in our relationship with God, the more visible God's glory becomes in our life".

Something to Remember

Eight Daily Commitments

Remember the eight week journey you committed to during Inside Out, you will need to continue those commitments. As with any important undertaking, the more you give to the endeavor, the more you will receive.

The following is a list of the daily commitments required to stay connected to the Father God and get the maximum benefit to continued lifelong growth:

greenPrayer and Meditation: Most important of all, pray. God's Spirit can provide the wisdom you need to see your life from His viewpoint. Your prayer invites His power to help you forgive and restore. Opening up your wounds and secrets to Him is the only access you have to His grace, strength, and healing.

greenDaily Reading or Input:  Any scripture meditation, book, tape, etc. that gives you new information, new ways to think and be.

greenAffirmation Statements of Self-Belief: (I am, I can, I will statements) The daily use of these "I'' statements is another form of self-affirmation designed to counter negative self-concept. It can result in a positive attitude, optimism, and can motivate you toward emotional growth and progress.

greenEvaluation: Spot-Check Inventory involves stopping several times each day to assess our actions, thoughts and motives. Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test your own selves…II Cor. 13:5

greenJournaling:  Journaling allows people to clarify their thoughts and feelings, thereby gaining valuable self-knowledge. It’s also a good problem-solving tool; oftentimes, one can hash out a problem and come up with solutions more easily on paper.

greenFasting:  Fasting creates discipline and sensitivity to the voice of the Spirit of God.  Let me stress that fasting is not meant to be a punishment but a privilege. Fasting does not mean starvation and death; it means "to abstain from."

greenConfessions:  God's word is our contact with Him. We put Him in remembrance of His word (Ish. 43:26), placing a demand on His ability in the name of our Lord Jesus. Using God's Word on purpose and specifically, in our daily confessions is an effective and accurate means of bringing God's power on the scene.

greenSister Support: Sister Support is keeping another sister from failing, declining or sinking. Sister Support is giving approval and assistance to; to serve; to uphold; to endure and tolerate; and Supporting Sisters through their journey. Inside Out is all about Sister Support.

Inside Out

The Promises

We are going to know a new freedom and new happiness, we will not regret the past nor wish to shut the door on it, and we will comprehend the word serenity, and will know God’s peace.

No matter how far down the scale we have gone, we will see how our experience can benefit others.

That feeling of uselessness and self-pity will disappear.

We will lose interest in selfish things and gain interest in others.

Self-seeking will slip away.

Our whole attitude and outlook upon life will change.

Fear of people and economic insecurity will leave us.

We will, by the Spirit of God, know how to handle those situations which used to baffle us.

We will suddenly realize that God is doing for us what we could not do for ourselves.
